My letter to Rachel Reeves about the financial challenges facing councils

I’ve written to the Chancellor, Rachel Reeves, to express my concern about the financial challenges facing councils across the country, including in Bristol.

Public services have been cut to the bone, and we’re all feeling the impact. In my letter, I urged the Chancellor to implement a wealth tax, to properly fund our public services, rather than considering further cuts.
